The name Kèr Kùrjíh is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Kùrjíh was founded by Hayḿ Naegle, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Kùrjíh has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 23°C (73°F). Kèr Kùrjíh receives an average of 163 cm/y (64 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Kèr Kùrjíh covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 3858 m (12657 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Kùrjíh was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1383, by Hayḿ Naegle. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Kèr Kùrjíh was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Kùrjíh is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Kèr Kùrjíh is buildings folow an organic layout of crampt packed earth streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. The town's bare minimum defences are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
Even the most brief look arround Kèr Kùrjíh has a good chance of putting a church or shrine into the center of your view. The town is most certainly a god fearing community. It’s also definitely a god loving community. THe streetcornors are occupied by preachers, with the occasional intersection playing host to an actually friendly debate relating to the merits of various gods. Even the less popular as well as the less politically loved gods seem to have a space in Kèr Kùrjíh, there’s even shrines to gods known to the region only through hearsay.
Civic Infrastructure
Kèr Kùrjíh has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Kèr Kùrjíh.
Kèr Kùrjíh has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Kèr Kùrjíh has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Kèr Kùrjíh has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Kèr Kùrjíh's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Kèr Kùrjíh has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Kèr Kùrjíh has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Kèr Kùrjíh's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.
In Kèr Kùrjíh hail is always enormous, yet harmlessly plinks off people, creatures, and structures.
The Mud Elemental, Medium near Kèr Kùrjíh are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Kèr Kùrjíh's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves line dance to channel Abjuration energies of tier 3 via oratory performances.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Dread Range, an iconic vista located neare Kèr Kùrjíh, proved to be volcanic when the range erupted. The eruption was isolated to the area around Kèr Kùrjíh, which was swallowed in ash, lava flows, and pyroclastic gasses. Kèr Kùrjíh lost 191 people, 128 livestock, and 94 buildings in the disaster. The event is forever remembered as the Day of Dread's Wrath.
